Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
- Administer medications and monitor client health conditions.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
